Eric G. PHILLIPS | Founder & CEO

Eric has over 30 years experience in real estate acquisitions, investments and management.

Eric is the former President and owner of First Phillips, Inc., a Virginia real estate investment and management company that specialized in student housing. Eric owned and managed over 7,500 student housing apartment beds in 3 states. He sold his Ohio and Michigan portfolios in 2003, and sold his Connecticut portfolio in 2006 (at the peak of the real estate market).

Eric was Vice President of the Commercial Real Estate division of Banc One where he was in charge of the liquidation of a diverse commercial real estate portfolio in New England, New York, Pennsylvania, Florida and Texas.

Eric is a University of Texas at Austin alumnus.
